Shipping & Delivery
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, unless backordered. Backordered products are processed once stock is available. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 4pm PST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Current Promotion: Free shipping on orders of $99+, before tax.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US.
- Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right!
If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Missing, Lost, or Stolen Items
Huckleberry & Honeysuckle Design Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Lost or stolen items may be replaced with proof of shipping carrier claim submission and confirmation. Note that a 10% administrative fee, plus shipping cost, is charged when the replacement item ships.
- Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Huckleberry & Honeysuckle Design Studio will not be held responsible if you provide the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
- International Shipping Policy
